Identifying Child Abuse and Referral Procedures

The Kindergarten Consulting Center announces enrollment for the training
“Identifying Child Abuse and Referral Procedures.”

Topics covered:

• child abuse and its forms;

• causes of abuse;

• risk and protective factors related to child abuse;

• consequences of abuse;

• recognizing physical and behavioral signs in a child who is a victim of abuse;

• reasonable suspicion of child abuse;

• response mechanisms when suspicion arises;

• referral forms and procedures;

• the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Date, time, and format:

• January 28 and 30, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM

• Format: Online

• Total duration: 5 hours

Selected participants will be contacted directly.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate.

Fee:

• 75 GEL

• 52 GEL for employees of kindergartens that are members of the Private Kindergarten Founders’ Network
