Description

Based on Peter Turrini’s play "Hunting Rats", this performance is a kind of profane ritual — a space stripped of material value, where play becomes a path to discovering true human meaning.

Two marginalized characters open the door to a world that has become a dumping ground. This production explores how words, bodies, and relationships can save what money cannot buy — the depth of the human spirit.

In a time when visuals dictate value and money defines truth, this play brings us back to a fundamental question: what remains when everything else disappears?

Tbilisi Drama Theater named after Sandro Akhmeteli is a drama theater in Tbilisi, in the Gldani district. The theater is located on Akakia Vasadze Street. The theater building was built in the classical Baroque style. The Tbilisi Drama Theater was founded in 1981 by director Leri Paksashvili. In 1987, the theater was named after the outstanding theater director Sandro Akhmeteli.
