How to Conduct Negotiations

As part of the “Personal and Professional Development” training cycle at the Academy of Thinking, a session will be held with Zura Mkheidze.

Negotiation is one of the most critical skills in both professional and personal life — whether you're managing a team, closing deals, or navigating daily conversations.
In this training, you’ll learn specific strategies, tools, and practical techniques to help you:

• prepare and present your position clearly

• support your arguments persuasively

• manage tense or complex dialogue with confidence
