How does the environment affect education

We often think that academic success depends only on ability and motivation. But the environment is no less important: teachers, classmates, school culture, family expectations and the structure of the educational system itself.

• Does homework affect motivation and is it possible to learn to enjoy studying?
• What is more important in school education: the program, the format for selecting students or the atmosphere in the educational institution
• Will schools survive in the era of artificial intelligence?
