The Science Behind Effective Training is a practical workshop for trainers and L&D managers, built on knowledge and experience gained from ATD — the Association for Talent Development.

The workshop offers opportunities for networking and experience sharing with L&D professionals. Participants will explore four key categories of learning theories and models:

• Core learning theories: Knowles, Bloom, Gagné

• Learning design and structure: Mager, Blended Learning, Microlearning

• Social-emotional and deep learning: Vygotsky, Transformative Learning, Collaborative Learning

• Experience- and behavior-oriented learning: Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory, Experiential Learning, Behavior Change

The workshop is designed for trainers, L&D managers, and HR professionals — anyone who aims to manage learning processes effectively and with high quality.
