On Monday at 21:00, you’re invited to Lumos for an evening of healing vibrations with the Australian therapeutic instrument — the didgeridoo, guided by Kudo and Miro.
The session will begin with a Qigong practice — activating energy points — followed by a guided meditation.
What are the benefits of didgeridoo vibrations?
The sound waves of the didgeridoo help the internal organs function more harmoniously and restore the body's natural rhythm.
High-frequency sounds have a positive effect on the central nervous system, bringing a state of deep relaxation and light trance.
The instrument’s vibrations influence the liquid elements in the body:
blood circulation is stimulated;
oxygen supply to tissues increases;
the body relaxes;
pain is reduced.
In addition to the didgeridoo, the sound journey will feature Tibetan singing bowls, a bell, a rainstick, and the Japanese flute shakuhachi.
