Green Lake, Goderdzi

This is a scouting tour. Our team has fully explored this route, but the guides weren't present at all locations. Let's go explore it together!
Departure
We depart from Batumi at 7-8 AM and will be on the road for approximately 3 hours. The road is very beautiful and picturesque throughout the entire journey. We will make a stop at Green Lake, and later we will see it from above.
Hiking
Hiking to the mountain with stunning panoramic views.
We will ascend the ridge and follow a circular route. We will have views of the mountains of Adjara, Samtskhe-Javakheti, and Turkey.

We will walk through alpine meadows and reach a small, very beautiful lake called Sabaneli, which is located as if inside a crater. The water is crystal clear, and you will be able to swim!

We will have delicious quiches for lunch at the summit.

The maximum distance is 9 km. The elevation gain is about 600 m.
Returning Home
We will return to the car, where we will be greeted with author’s herbal tea and cupcakes, then we will eat and head back home.
