A drama about Russian emigrants that participated in the Sundance competition and the Cannes Film Festival. Somewhere in the American hinterland, a Russian emigrant and social worker named Vik drives around attending to the needs of immobile and elderly people. One day, old Soviet emigrants and American disabled individuals find themselves in his bus, and this colorful crowd certainly won't be able to travel quietly and peacefully.
This film will be a great opportunity for us to discuss the challenges of emigration and assimilation.
