The course covers an HR system based on modern European practices. It is structured in stages and focuses on developing foundational knowledge and practical skills in human resource management.
After completing the training, you will be able to:
Effectively manage recruiting, mass recruiting, and headhunting processes
Understand administrative principles and key regulations of the Labor Code
Analyze organizational structure and internal processes
Calculate payroll and manage compensation systems
Create motivation models and internal culture frameworks
Plan employee development and training programs
The course starts on January 12 and ends on February 6.
Online sessions: twice a week — Monday and Friday, 19:00–22:00.
