We justly say that Europe is our ancient home, and we never tire of speaking about Georgian-European relations, as both ancient mythology and historiography give us reason to do so. However, in reality, starting from the late Middle Ages, Georgians had the closest ties among European nations with the French and with France. Why France in particular? We’ll talk about this on May 30 and view photo illustrations reflecting these historical connections.
