Description

Tbilisi’s renowned multicultural choir URSA MAJOR invites you once again to a concert — an evening of classical yet stylistically diverse choral music from the 20th and 21st centuries!

The two-part program features a refreshed selection of works from the USA, the UK, France, Sweden, Estonia, Slovenia, Poland, Latvia, and more — with composers including Arvo Pärt, Francis Poulenc, Paul Mealor, Eric Whitacre, Caroline Shaw, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Ambrož Čopi, and others.

Our new venue is the beautiful National Library of Georgia (named after Ilia Chavchavadze, built in 1913).
We thank you for your continued full houses — this time we’ve prepared over 200 seats, so even more people can share our love for contemporary choral music.
