DWV Training: "Social Media and Law in Practice"

The following will be discussed in detail within the seminar: - Scope of social media law- Naming rights in social media- Defamation on social media- The possibility of wide formulation of claims- Submission of evidence- Claim provision- Right to image- Object of intellectual property protection in social media- Definition of unfair competition- Conclusion of contract and manifestation of will. The purpose of the training is to provide participants with knowledge on current legal issues related to social media relationships.Target audience: Social media managers, marketing managers, PR managers, lawyers and other interested parties.
