Description

1930s. Fleeing from gangsters, young Grace finds herself in the town of Dogville somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. Local residents reluctantly agree to shelter the fugitive if she works for them, but then their demands become exorbitant, and the fear of exposure turns the townsfolk into cruel scum.
