Developmental Feedback and Individual Approach

As part of the lecture series “Organizational Well-being: Psychological Aspects of Management,” the Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style conversation with psychologist Nino Buadze.

In modern organizations, feedback is no longer just a performance evaluation tool — it has become one of the main mechanisms for growth. It is the culture of feedback that shapes employee motivation, engagement, and long-term relationships with the organization.

The lecture aims to help participants understand how feedback can become a resource for growth rather than a tool of control. It will also explore the importance of an individual approach — how managers can adjust their communication style, tone, and format to match each employee’s needs and stage of development.
