Mental Hub is launching a group therapy program based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This therapeutic group is designed for those who:

🔹 often experience intense anxiety, anger, sadness, or emptiness
🔹 struggle with stress management
🔹 react impulsively and later feel regret
🔹 have difficulty maintaining boundaries in relationships
🔹 find it hard to sustain stable relationships


📅 Start date: April 20
🕕 Schedule: Mondays, 6:00–9:00 PM
📌 Duration: 6 sessions
💰 Course fee: 580 GEL
