The culinary school Culinarium presents a series of masterclasses.
On February 17 and 18, you are invited to the Mexican Fiesta masterclass.
During the class, participants will learn the core techniques of Mexican cuisine, how to balance flavors correctly, and how to present dishes in a modern style.
Masterclass menu:
Chicken or shrimp tacos
Guacamole and salsa
Mexican churros with chocolate and seasonal jam
Margarita
The masterclass will be led by Eddy Mamukiani, chef of Teko’s Taqueria and Litera.
After the masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to taste the dishes they have prepared.
