Culinary Course: One-Month Program with Chef Tekuna Gachechiladze

You’re invited to a one-month culinary course with Chef Tekuna Gachechiladze.

Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to deepen your culinary knowledge and master techniques from different cuisines around the world. Over the course of one month, you will take part in 1–2 intensive, hands-on sessions per week, developing fundamental kitchen skills such as preparing vegetables, fish, seafood, meat, sauces, and more.

Each session will conclude with a tasting and analysis of the dishes together with the chef.
