On April 24, 1889, poet and public figure Ioseb Grishashvili was born. His creative life is deeply connected with Tbilisi and its urban character, which remains an inspiring theme for contemporary literature and art.
As part of the юбилейных мероприятий dedicated to Grishashvili, the National Scientific Library of TSU and the Faculty of Humanities at Tbilisi State University are organizing a scientific conference:
“Tbilisi Bohemia — Urban Stories of the 18th–20th Centuries in Literature and Art”, dedicated to Ioseb Grishashvili.
The conference focuses on research in literature, history, and art; new interpretations of cultural spaces; understanding historical and social contexts; as well as the diverse identities, language, and creative dynamics of the city.
Professors and researchers are invited to participate.

The electronic collection of abstracts will be published in open access on openjournals.ge and openscience.ge, integrated into the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).
