Concert of the Choir “Giorgobistve” in Honor of Giorgoba

A festive concert dedicated to Giorgoba and to the second anniversary of the choir Giorgobistve!
The choir is composed of students of the first Russian-language studio of traditional Georgian polyphony in Sakartvelo, led by Ani Gordeladze. The main idea of the choir is to introduce people from within to the culture of the country that has welcomed all of us.

The ensemble includes participants from Israel, Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus, all living in Tbilisi.
The program features songs from various regions of Sakartvelo.

Ani Gordeladze is a harpist, folk singer, musicologist, and an enthusiast of Georgian folklore. For the past eight years, she has studied traditional and sacred music of the regional schools of Sakartvelo and has trained with masters of Gurian singing.
