Concert by the band “Puritans”

The duo Puritans weaves music from a mix of styles: neoclassicism, bossa nova, blues, and art rock.
In this project, well-known St. Petersburg guitarist Andrei Reznikov (formerly of Billy's Band) plays both powerful bluesy electric solos and gentle acoustic passages — complementing the multi-layered piano and vocals of Sasha Zhitinskaya, the group’s songwriter.

Puritans’ songs are filled with irony and soft melancholy.
Each one feels like a quiet, heartfelt conversation — no need to pretend or impress.

This is music that searches for light in the darkness.
