The session will be led by Keith Parket, an international trainer from DEVELOR International (UK) and an experienced expert in Insights Discovery® methodology.

During the event, you will explore which colour energy defines your communication, decision-making, and leadership style.

Participants will be introduced to the Insights Discovery® model, based on Carl Jung’s psychology. This powerful tool helps teams better understand themselves and others, building trust-based and empathetic collaboration.

During the session you will:

• Get familiar with the Insights Discovery® model;

• Learn more about several modules in detail;

• Discover how to apply the product in sales, leadership, and teamwork.
