Cinema and Psychoanalysis

The Academy of Thinking will host a meeting with Rezo Korinteli.

The discussion will explore the influence of cinema on the human psyche, the role of archetypes reflected in film, and their connection to inner psychological processes.
The talk will reference films such as “The Student of Prague”, “The Blue Angel” (German film from the 1940s), “The Innocent”, “Bread and Chocolate”, and “Mimino” — offering a chance to view human emotions, inner conflicts, and archetypal experiences through the lens of psychoanalysis and depth psychology.
