A celebration of hug therapy

The hug therapy celebration consists of three parts:✨ First part - greeting phase, brief introduction and presentation of rules (30 minutes). Please note that attendance at this part of the therapy is mandatory and if you miss it, you will not be able to attend the workshop.✨ The second part - various interactive exercises, with which participants will explore personal boundaries and limit communication: "yes" or "no" (40 minutes). ✨ The third part - the final part of the celebration, a free space for hugging, in which the participants will be able to put into practice the acquired knowledge and gain experience in a safe field (2 hours).It is recommended that you wear clean and comfortable clothes for the hug celebration.
