Celebration of World Running Day with EcoRun.geo

There will be a very interesting format suitable for all running enthusiasts, hikers, and anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle:

Activity #1: Timecap Challenge! The goal is to run 5 km as close as possible to your chosen target time from the options: 25 min, 30 min, 35 min, or 40 min (using brisk walking and short bursts of running) without using gadgets (watches or smartphones).

Whoever gets closest to their target wins the challenge! For example, runner Ivan said he would run in 30 minutes, but actually finished in 29 minutes and 15 seconds — a deviation of 45 seconds. Runner Valentina aimed for 35 minutes and finished in 35 minutes and 27 seconds — a deviation of 27 seconds. She ranks higher in the final table! Winners will receive discounts on club memberships and promo codes from sponsors: cafes, sports nutrition stores, glamping sites, and other prizes.

You don’t have to be the most endurance to win!

Activity #2: After the run (or walk-run), we’ll celebrate our holiday deliciously by the sea at sunset. Get to know fellow participants better and meet new friends.

Activity #3: In our Telegram chat @eco_run_geo, there will be a photo/video relay of greetings. Of course, this is for those already part of the club, but there’s still time to join the team!
