Body Dance Improvisation Workshop

We invite you to a workshop on body and dance improvisation.

At the workshop, you will:

- Learn the principles of dance improvisation

- Release tension and cramps in your body

- Begin to develop your own unique, living language of movement

- Develop new neural connections through unfamiliar movement tasks

- Learn to let go of control and trust the movement

This practice is for those who want to move more freely, experience their body more deeply, and find new ways of expressing themselves through dance. Suitable for all levels and ages.
