Author's Astronomical Tour: "March Deep-Sky: Nebulae, Star Clusters, Galaxies"
We invite you to an excursion outside the city with amateur astronomer Georgiy Astrovsky.
The moonless March nights are the perfect time for observing deep-sky objects: nebulae, open and globular star clusters, and galaxies.
We will see the emission and reflection nebulae of Orion—the birthplace of young stars, remnants of supernovae, and both young and old star clusters. We will also look beyond the Milky Way: the Leo Triplet, Markarian's Chain, the Whirlpool Galaxy, and other spring galaxies.
All of this will be observed through a powerful 10" reflector telescope, designed for deep-sky objects, with live communication and answers to your questions.
Important: The excursion may be rescheduled in case of bad weather.
