We will discover the architects who created the extraordinary world of Sololaki’s façades.
Our journey begins at the monument to Alexander Pushkin and continues uphill to the Georgian Alphabet Column.

We will then walk past iconic mansions and buildings, including:
Yuzbashov House, The Viceroy’s Chancellery, Madame Bozardzhants House, The Persian Embassy, Anna Madatova’s House, The Estonian Embassy, Milov House, Writers’ Union of Georgia, Kalantarov House, E. Ter-Akopova House, The Caucasian House and Smirnova-Rosset Salon, and many others.

We will also visit ceremonial entrance halls, perfect for taking stunning photographs.
You will see the houses where Ilia Chavchavadze, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Mikael Tariverdiev, Raffi, and others once lived.

We will ascend to the Mtatsminda Pantheon, the final resting place of Alexander Griboyedov, Stalin’s mother, and many other prominent figures.
Along the way, we will talk about one of the Assyrian Fathers and visit the holy springs of Saint David and Saint Luke.

Tbilisi
