ARGUMENT — A Theatre Workshop on Conflict Resolution
Have you ever found yourself stuck in an argument, unsure how to move forward? Stayed silent when you wanted to speak up? Or suddenly reacted with emotions you couldn't control?
ARGUMENT is an interactive 2.5-hour theatre-based workshop where you'll explore new ways of dealing with conflict through theatrical improvisation and practical exercises. Instead of avoiding difficult situations, you'll learn how to experience them, understand them, and work toward constructive solutions.
• Anyone who fears conflict or tends to lose themselves during disagreements
• Those interested in using creative play as a tool for self-discovery
• People who want to strengthen their communication and negotiation skills in challenging situations
• Professionals working in helping professions
• Anyone who wants to discuss difficult topics without damaging relationships
Conflict → Pause → Resolution
The session includes:
• Warm-up exercises using movement, rhythm, and play
• Partner-based theatre improvisations inspired by real-life conflicts
• Group reflection and discussion to identify and practice new communication strategies
