“An Honest Talk About Demography”
Lecture at Terminal on Abashidze Street
We invite you to a lecture by the well-known demographer Alexey Raksha.
For his uncompromising position and honest assessments of the demographic situation, the Russian authorities designated him as “foreign agent No. 1000.”
Alexey will not only help you understand the real state of affairs more accurately, but will also explain what awaits us in the future: how birth and death rates may change by 2030, 2050, and 2100.
During the lecture, we will discuss the indicators of Eastern and Southern Europe, China, India, Central Asia, Africa, Europe, and the USA — and of course, pay special attention to Georgia and its demographic forecasts.
You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions!
