"Youth Narratives: South Caucasus in Focus"

"Youth Narratives: South Caucasus in Focus" showcases a selection of photo projects that spotlight topics such as identity, generational differences, migration, mental health, and social transformations from a youth perspective. The exhibition serves as a platform for beginner photographers who, through their storytelling, challenge well-rooted perspectives and create ground for new narratives. The Kolga Visual Storytelling Program offers youth (all participants are aged between 16 and 21) from the South Caucasus the opportunity to delve into photography and gain a comprehensive understanding of the profession, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future careers. Additionally, the program aims to promote cross-cultural dialogue and understanding, while encouraging photographers to create a positive impact in their communities.  The Kolga Visual Storytelling Program is funded by the Swiss Development & Cooperation (SDC). Mentorship is organized in partnership with Chai Khana, Salaam Cinema Baku, Hermit Space, Design Institute, Artarea/Tv2.0 and Mirzoyan Library.  The exhibition is open from 14:00 PM to 18:00 PM. It will run until March 11.  Guests will be served beverages. Cover photo: Dinara Zeynalova
