Course Program:

— Key principles and unique aspects of aerial yoga

— Mastering beginner and advanced asanas

— Correct and safe execution of poses in the hammock

— Working with common student mistakes, assisting, adjustments

— Designing and sequencing your own class

— Final assessment (theory & practice)

Upon successful completion and passing the exam, you will receive an Aerial Yoga Instructor Certificate.
