Addictions and Quality of Life

The Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style conversation with psychotherapist Giorgi Chanturia, from the Integra Mental Health Center of the Academy of Thinking.

The discussion will cover the following topics:

• What types of addictions affect our lives;

• How addictions influence our quality of life;

• Ways to cope with them and make healthy, conscious choices;

• The importance of support and self-awareness in overcoming addictions.

This salon talk will help participants gain a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms behind addictions and see how managing them can become a key step toward improving life quality.

Guests will enjoy a buffet and a pleasant atmosphere.
