Sampling is an architecture and design practice that works interdisciplinary, internationally, and conceptually. It is led by Liene Jākobsone and Manten Devriendt, who founded the practice in 2010. Sampling has carried out a vast range of projects: buildings and reconstructions of various kinds of programs, development concepts for larger territories, expositions, and product designs. Its projects have been extensively published and received a number of awards, prizes and other kinds of recognitions. Both partners are also active in international academia by lecturing, hosting creative workshops, conducting research, and publishing texts. Followed by a panel discussion with Natalia Nebieridze and moderated by Sarah Cowles of Ruderal.
