Cooking Masterclass: Italian Cuisine

Culinary school “Culinarium” presents a series of masterclasses.

On April 1, we invite you to an Italian cuisine masterclass.

During the session, you will learn essential Italian cooking techniques, flavor balance, and modern plating.

Masterclass Menu:

• Bruschetta
• Burrata salad with cherry tomatoes and arugula
• Paccheri pasta with mushrooms and truffle
• Limoncello gelato

The masterclass will be led by the chef of “Litera” restaurant — Edi Mamukiani.

After the class, participants will enjoy tasting the prepared dishes paired with wine.
