3-Day Svaneti Tour with Trek & Hike

Three unforgettable days in the mountains of Svaneti — glaciers, waterfalls, alpine villages, scenic trails, and some of the most spectacular landscapes in Georgia.

Day 1 — Departure & Enguri Dam

Departure from Batumi at 08:00.

Our first stop will be at the Enguri Dam. Guests may optionally join a guided excursion (30 GEL, not included).

Then we continue to Mazeri Village, where breathtaking views of Mount Ushba await us.

After lunch, we begin our first hike.

Day 1 Hike

We hike to the spectacular Shdugra and Mazeri waterfalls in the Becho Valley, fed by the glaciers of Mount Ushba.

• Distance: ~8 km

• Elevation gain: 400 m

• Difficulty: easy to moderate

In the evening, we arrive in Mestia, have dinner, relax, and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 — Chalaadi Glacier

After breakfast, we head to the trailhead for our hike to the famous Chalaadi Glacier.

After the hike, we explore the legendary Svan towers, walk around Mestia, and enjoy a rooftop barbecue dinner at our hotel.

Day 3 — Ushguli & Mount Shkhara

After breakfast, we drive to Ushguli — the highest permanently inhabited community in Georgia.

From there, we continue toward the glacier of Mount Shkhara and hike to Lake Namkuami, where you can even swim.

• Distance: ~4 km

• Elevation gain: 500 m

On the way back, we stop at one of the best cafés in Ushguli for lunch (not included).
