Jewelry Making with Modeling Wax

Сreate your own piece from scratch. This workshop introduces you to the art of wax modeling, a technique used by professional jewelers to craft unique pieces of any complexity — from flowing organic shapes to clean geometric designs such as signet rings. Over the course of two sessions, you will experience the entire jewelry-making journey, from concept and sketch to a finished metal piece based on your own design. Day 1 Guided by an experienced jeweler, you will create a wax model of your future piece. Professional tools will be available, including rotary tools and specialized equipment for shaping and refining details. Once completed, your wax model will be sent to a casting workshop, where it will be transformed into metal. You can choose between silver, brass, or copper. As the casting process takes time, producing the metal version of your jewelry typically requires 3–5 business days. Day 2 Once your piece is ready, you will meet the instructor again to complete the final stages. During this session, you will learn techniques for finishing, sanding, and polishing the metal, giving your jewelry a professional and refined appearance.
