Alexey Vereshchagin is a graduate of the Department of Vertebrate Zoology of the Faculty of Biology of Moscow State University, a lecturer and popularizer of science, a scientific consultant for National Geographic films and the author of more than 15 scientific publications on the ecology and behavior of canids. The main focus of his work is the social behavior of canids (using the example of stray dogs and wolves). Since 1995, Alexey has been a dog trainer and has worked with wolves for more than ten years in the Clean Forest biological station project.
